Dress Code Guidelines
Members and guests should dress appropriately for a private club. Members are responsible for communicating to their guests the Club’s dress code and policies. Please use common sense in determining if an article of clothing is appropriate. Err on the conservative side. If unsure of an article of clothing, it’s best not to wear it. Different areas of the Club may have different guidelines.
Management reserves the right to request that Members or guests change inappropriate attire before participating in Club activities.
Please keep the following rules in mind.
Clubhouse and Billows Lodge
Members and guests are requested to remove caps, visors, and hats when in any of the dining areas.
Golf shorts must have an inseam of at least 6” for men and 5” for women. Gentlemen are required to wear shirts with collars and sleeves. Collared golf shirts, mock collar, or turtleneck shirts must always be tucked into slacks or shorts. Hats are not to be worn backwards. Overly revealing clothing, halter tops, bare midriffs, and pool attire (including cover-ups, flip-flops, and bare feet) are not permitted.
Clothing that is not appropriate includes cut-offs, running, or gym shorts; parachute or cargo pants; and warm-up or sweat suits.
Gentlemen are not required to wear jackets or ties in any of the dining areas unless otherwise noted for a special event.
Blue Jeans
Jeans must be clean, not worn, torn, or baggy, and considered in style and design. Notwithstanding this general policy regarding jeans, the Club reserves the right to prohibit jeans at certain Club functions. Any “non-jeans” event will be noted as such in advance.
Denim can always be worn in any of the dining areas.
