CIA Training and Manhattan Experience
Our culinary program is led by an Executive Chef who is a proud graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), bringing valuable experience from working in Manhattan to our kitchens. We offer diverse dining options for lunch and dinner in the elegant Clubhouse, with more casual fare available at Billows Lodge. The Grill Room (pictured above) provides an intimate setting for fine dining and formal celebrations.

Creative, Shareable, and Eclectic
We invite you to explore our creative weekly dining features. Every Tuesday at Racine Country Club is Tapas Tuesday, where our culinary team uses their creativity to craft a weekly menu of eclectic dishes that emphasize smaller, sharable portions, seasonal ingredients, and fun takes on the classics. We also host unique Pop-Up Restaurants that allow patrons to expand their culinary horizons with past themes like Ramen, Wisconsin Supper Club, and New England Seafood Shanty. Additionally, we feature a full pizza menu on select days, prepared fresh in our dedicated pizza oven.
